Summary

I am a Research Fellow in the School of Accounting, Economics and Finance specialising in Behavioural and Experimental Economics. I am also a member of the School's Behavioural Analytics Research Laboratory (BARE Lab) and the Experimental Research Cluster.

Biography

I joined the School of Accounting, Economics and Finance as a Research Fellow in September 2023. Prior to joining the school, I was at the Office for National Statistics as a Methods, Data & Research Analyst, after completing my PhD in Behavioural Economics at СÀ¶ÊÓƵ and my Bachelors in Psychology at the University of Nottingham. Research interests

My research has mostly looked at how people make economic decisions on behalf of others, including when and why we lie for others, how paternalistic intentions affect decisions for others and whether we are more cautious for others under feelings of responsibility. However, my current research interests also include:

  • Decision-Making for Others
  • Ethical issues in AI use
  • Political Decision-Making
  • Medical Decision-Making
